There's no way I can find anything older than this! I didn't even have a name yet.

Here's where it all started. Man, I've got to watch what I eat. I used to weigh six pounds, eight ounces!

My first axe, 1957. A plastic ukelele with matching pipe. I wonder if this is how Albert King got started!

My first drum kit, 1957. I'm sure my parents loved listening to the 'racket', as my dad loved to call it.

My kindergarten class c. 1958. Wellington Square School in Burlington. I'm at the bottom left. Mrs. Alton was our teacher. The guy at the top left is Don Beatty, who ended up being one of my favourite catchers when I pitched ball a few years later. I can't believe how much this looks like a Leave It To Beaver class picture. Apparently, Canada hadn't adopted its multicultural aspect yet.

The real deal, 1960. My First Communion. I was now on my way to sainthood. I seem to have back-tracked somewhat over the years. Maybe it's time to put on my white bucks again. (For the under-30 crowd, my shoes were called bucks).

My First Communion picture circa 1960. I posted this in case any old friends of mine recognize themselves. Please let me know if you do. I'm in the second row from the top, second from the right. At the far left in the front row is Roger Gabsewicz. Who would have known that he and I would be playing together in The Royal Banke seven years later!!! God works in mysterious ways.

I've been a member of The Three Stooges fan club since 1959. This is my original card. It's always in my wallet. Why you... I oughta....
